Use this form to notify a seller that you wish to withdraw from a purchase within your 14-day statutory cooling-off period.

Important: The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to purchases from business sellers (Artists and Galleries acting as traders). It does not apply to purchases from Private Collectors, auction purchases, or commissioned/bespoke artworks. See Buyer Terms Section 7a for full details.

After copying this notice, paste it into a message to the seller via your order page. The seller must refund you within 14 days of receiving this notice. You must return the artwork within 14 days of sending this notice, at your own cost (unless the seller failed to inform you of your cancellation right). Customs duties paid on international deliveries are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.
