Visionary Studios introduces artists and collectors to independent, credential-verified appraisers at the moment they are deciding what a work is worth. We are assembling a small founding cohort and personally review every application.

What we look for

·Membership of a recognised professional body (AAA, ASA, ISA, RICS or a CINOA-linked association), or comparable auction-house, gallery or museum experience
·A defined specialty: the category, period and region you are genuinely qualified to value
·Your own professional indemnity insurance; non-negotiable, since valuations carry professional liability that sits with you, the appraiser
·Flat, transparent per-work fees; contingency or percentage-of-value fees are prohibited by professional standards and by our terms

We do not appraise, authenticate or verify artworks, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any valuation. Appraisers act at all times as independent professionals; the valuation is theirs alone, attributed to them by name.

Participation is governed by the Appraiser Terms, presented for acceptance before your first paid engagement.
